The brief of this project was to work in a group to create and design a game which cannot be played on an electronic device. I came up with a card game and the objective of this game is a player reads a card to the player to their left, who has 10 seconds to answer. Each card has a category where you must name three things of that category in 10 seconds or under so for example we had: Name three breakfast foods", if they don't answer in time, the card moves on to the next player and so on. Whoever manages to get the answers within the time limit keeps the card and whoever ends up with 10 cards wins!
I had two name ideas which were On the Spot and Think Fast. We eventually came up with 10 Second Trio - 10 seconds because of the time limit and trio due to having to give three answers; we eventually shorten the title to just 'TRIO'.
The game is available for ages 8 upwards and for 3 and more players. We written an answer booklet as well which may help the judge decide whether an answer is valid.
The pack contains standard 52 cards. Font used is Lemon Milk.
